Benefits 360: Creating a Better Benefits Experience for the City of Cincinnati

Justin is a Vice President and Co-Owner at 4myBenefits, responsible for strategic development, growth, and marketing. Prior to helping establish 4myBenefits, Justin supported technology for employee benefit consultants in Cincinnati and through MDRT. Through his 20 years of industry knowledge, Justin has helped grow 4myBenefits into a leading benefits administration provider, working with hundreds of benefit consultants throughout the country. Today 4myBenefits provides benefits technology services to over 400 hundred organizations and administers over $2 billion in annual benefit premiums. Justin has developed a significant expertise in the ACA, helping to build 4myBenefits’ ACA platform and services.

Justin has a bachelors in Science from the University of Illinois. He and his wife are very active in the music arts community in Cincinnati Ohio, performing with the May Festival Chorus and Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra on a regular basis. Beyond benefits, 1095’s, and music Justin loves food, bourbon and travel.
