Where and when is Eclipse 2021?

Eclipse will take place in beautiful Dana Point, California at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, May 12-14, 2021.

How do I register for the event?

Can I bring a guest to the evening events if they are not attending the conference?

You sure can! When you register online, just add them in on the “Guest Information” page for the guest price of $249. This includes entry to the Wednesday night welcome reception as well as the Thursday night Eclipse Bash with exclusive entertainment.

How do I book my hotel?

We have secured a great deal for Eclipse attendees at the stunningly beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel.

Book a room at The Ritz-Carlton online or call (949) 240-2000 and mention PlanSource Eclipse 2021 to take advantage of the conference rate. Hotel rooms start at $299/night and the group rate will expire Friday, April 9, 2021.

What is the Ritz-Carlton cancellation policy?

You may cancel your reservation for no charge until 7 days before arrival. If you must cancel after this deadline, you will forfeit the deposit amount.

Which airport is closest?

The closest airport is John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) located about 23 miles from the St. Regis. Long Beach Airport (LGB) is about 44 miles and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 63 miles away.

What’s the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?

Uber, Lyft, taxis, shuttles and rental cars are available from SNA, LGB and LAX.

What taxis and shuttles are available from the SNA airport?

John Wayne Airport Yellow Cab offers convenient taxicab service to travelers from the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) on the Arrival (lower) Level between Terminals A and B. In Terminal C, Yellow Cabs are available on the Arrival (lower) Level at Column 14. Taxicabs include standard 4-passenger vehicles, large capacity 7-passenger vans, and wheelchair access vans, and because all taxicabs are either powered by Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) or are certified Ultra Low-Emission Vehicles (ULEV), you’ll be riding in some of the greenest yellow vehicles in Orange County! Look for the taxi coordinators who can assist you and get you on your way.

What Rental Car companies are available from the SNA airport?

Rental car counters are located on the Arrival (lower) Level, between Terminals A and B, right across from the statue of John Wayne. The rental car return is located on the lower level of Parking Structures A2 and B2 accessible from the Ground Transportation Center.

Will meals be included in the event?

Yes, breakfasts and lunches are provided each day and our evening events will include dinner both nights, so come hungry!

What is the attire for Eclipse?

We want our guests to learn and have a blast at the event; therefore, attire is comfortable and casual. Jeans are allowed and encouraged.

Is there a handy mobile app I can use to customize my conference experience?

You betcha. We’ll be sending out additional details soon!

Can I bring my kids along to the evening events?

Our event is limited to adults aged 21 and up for liability purposes. You are welcome to have your kids stay at the hotel, but they will not be admitted to the conference and evening events.
