Are you canceling or postponing Eclipse due to the COVID-19 virus?
Yes, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Eclipse 2020 event due to COVID-19, in accordance with the CDC, WHO and other health authorities. Although this decision was difficult, we believe it is unavoidable in order to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners.

How do I get a refund?
We will automatically be refunding all attendees who already registered for Eclipse 2020. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. If you have any questions please reach out to events@plansource.com.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?
If you booked through the PlanSource room block at The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, we will take care of canceling your room for you. If you booked at a different property, you will need to contact them to cancel your room.

How do I cancel my flight?
Please contact your airline to discuss how to cancel your flight.

Will you be postponing the event?
We will not postpone or reschedule Eclipse for 2020. We will pick back up in 2021 and will have more details about dates/location soon.

Are you hosting a virtual event?
We are exploring other ways for our community to come together virtually through a monthly series of live events. We’re reaching out to our amazing line-up of speakers now to make arrangements. Stay tuned for more information!

When will Eclipse 2021 happen and where will it be located?
Stay tuned for more info – we are actively working on Eclipse 2021!
