She currently serves as the Chief of Great People for Streetsense, an Experience Focused, multidisciplinary design and strategy firm specializing in retail, restaurant, hospitality, and real estate solutions. Prior to joining Streetsense Siona worked for Oracle, Micros, OfficeMax and as a business owner of an HR Consulting company.

Siona has a BS degree in Human Resource Management and is a certified Coach. She likes connecting with her family, spending time with friends and just slowing down with a good book at the beach with her husband.
