Kacie Sizemore has more than 14 years of experience in workforce strategy and culture. Her expertise centers on the full suite of Total Rewards and Workplace Perks, as well as Employee Engagement, Culture, Leadership and Career Management. Currently, she works with clients on their employee experience philosophies and implements unique tactics to attract top talent, reduce turnover and optimize the employer brand, domestically and around the world.
Prior to joining Joyus, Kacie worked as a Vice President for a few large consulting houses where she was responsible for designing and implementing strategy around her clients’ HR practices, rewards programs, compliance, leave policies, and development and engagement initiatives.
Prior to relocating to Colorado in October 2016, Kacie spent 8 years in Atlanta where she started a non-profit called Aurora Leadership. Her focus with Aurora was on the development of high potential women around the US, with the ultimate goal of creating more leadership opportunities and board nominations for its members. This was accomplished through various tailored leadership programs and educational opportunities, as well as networking and mentorship programs/applications.
In her free time, Kacie is an avid volleyball player. She also enjoys many outdoors activities, art, travel, language, and continued learning.
Kacie holds a B.S. in Finance from Miami University. She serves on the board of directors for the Boulder Area Human Resources Association.
