Prior to founding Agency Leverage, Dennis enjoyed a 14-year career as a benefits broker/advisor. In 2009 he founded the tech-forward benefits brokerage, Bespoke Benefits, which was successfully acquired in 2017.
The revenue acceleration strategies he used to grow Bespoke Benefits he now enthusiastically shares with benefits brokers and organizations that sell through the benefits broker channel.
Dennis has served as a sales and marketing advisor and subject-matter-expert to carriers, agencies, and tech companies including, Kaiser Permanente, Assurant Employee Benefits, Limelight Health, ZipRecruiter, and On3Health. He is also a proud Past President of the Sacramento Association of Health Underwriters. Dennis holds certifications in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot and Account-Based Marketing from Demandbase.
