He has created a unique process for helping executive teams measure and drive better outcomes for the significant investment being made in their company benefit plan, ultimately helping them multiply the effectiveness of their healthcare dollars. He works with CFOs and HR teams using the critical metrics and measurement criteria of high performing employers to achieve better results that can actually be quantified.

He is passionate about watching his 3 children discover all the great things life has to offer and loves finding new spots for a great date night with his wife.
